I became interested in Acupuncture when I needed help myself and nothing was available through the usual medical format. After the first session the pain had almost gone. I had a few sessions to allow for continual relief. The pain relief worked so well for me. This became the basis for my reasons to study this gentle but effective way of treating and become an acupuncturist. Although my career at that time was helping people, it was in a clinical setting and there was no leeway for individuals to be treated differently if they needed it. With Acupuncture, the treatments are to suit that person for their particular problem and I feel this is so important.
Clinics and Contact detailsI am now based at two natural health centres in Shrewsbury, not far from Telford or Oswestry, on Thursdays and Fridays and one in Church Stretton on Tuesdays. Home visits are also available in the Shropshire area.

Qualifications
COSMETIC AND FACIAL REJUVENATION ACUPUNCTURE
To promote healhy skin and to keep you looking and feeling good, facial rejuvenation is a way of looking 5-15 years younger without surgery.
At the beginning of the sessions, there will be an assessment of which points to use and then an application of local anaesthetic cream. The points can be used without cream but it is more relaxing to use it. To complete the health session, you can also have well-being acupuncture, which is usually done while the anaesthetic cream takes effect.
As the session is non-surgical, you can carry on with the rest of your day as normal after the one hour appointment.
