I am an acupuncturist practising in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, within easy reach of Welshpool, Telford, Oswestry, Church Stretton and Wem. I specialise in pain relief of the back and knee, as well as general well-being. Home visits are available for certain situations.
The World Health Organisaion states that acupuncture should be referred to for the following:
Allergies, Anxieties, Carpel tunnel, Consipation, Headaches, Irritable bowel, Tendonitis, Sciatica, Sports Injuries, Stress (these are only some on the WHO list)

FACIAL ACUPUNCTURE

At the beginning of the sessions, there will be an assessment of which points to use and then an application of local anaesthetic cream. The points can be used without cream but it is more relaxing to use it. To complete the health session, you will benefit from having well-being acupuncture, to maintain good health, which is usually done while the anaesthetic cream takes effect.

As the session is non-surgical, you can carry on with the rest of your day as normal after the one hour appointment.
